Job Description:

1. Customer Order Management - Receive and process customer purchase orders, including verification of ordered quantities and delivery terms. - Coordinate internally to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

2. Sales Quantity & Schedule Management - Manage shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery of products to customers. - Monitor sales quantities and invoice issuance in alignment with delivery and contractual terms.

3. Accounts Receivable Management - Monitor outstanding receivables and manage overdue payments. - Coordinate with customers to confirm payment schedules and ensure timely collection.

4. Replacement Management for Defective Products - Coordinate the supply of replacement products for externally reported defects. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate handling of defective product issues.

5. General Customer Support - Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner. - Serve as a key point of contact for day-to-day customer communications and issue resolution.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Accounting

• Have experience min. 2 years in related responsible

• Good communication skills to other (both internally and externally)

• Dealing skills with number figures by excel

• A strong sense of responsibility and cooperating spirit

• Able to work effectively in cross-function Teams
