About The Company:

• The working venue is in South Jakarta.

• Our client is a Automotive company. Currently, they are looking for Sales Leader.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive and achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the 2Wheel customer segment.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand product lines and increase market share in the 2Wheel area.

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers ensuring ongoing project success and customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with internal teams including factories and distributors to address and fulfill customer requests effectively.

• Develop accurate sales forecasts and prepare necessary data reports to support strategic planning and decision-making.

• Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

• Have 3 years of experience as Sales/ Marketing in 2W automotive.

• Have experience in handling distributors, suppliers, customers and factories.

• Business level of English.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
