Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales to join our forwarding and logistics team. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service maintaining strong relationships with cargo owners and driving business growth through effective sales strategies. This role covers domestic and international forwarding including sea air project freight consolidation services and export-import (EXIM) operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to customers based on the companys offerings
• Maintain and develop relationships with cargo owners through regular sales calls
• Collaborate with internal divisions to support customer requirements and ensure smooth operations
• Manage and support export-import (EXIM) documentation and processes to facilitate timely shipments
• Identify opportunities to improve EXIM services and propose solutions to customers

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in any field
• Minimum 2 years sales experience in forwarding or logistics with advanced selling skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Pleasant personality with strong communication skills
• Highly achievement-oriented willing to travel and work beyond office hours
• Experience in domestic and international forwarding including sea air project freight consolidation and export-import (EXIM)
• Committed to growing the business through excellent client engagement and strategic selling
