About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join the team at PT Taman Resor Internet' in Batam, Riau Islands. As a full-time Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our client base in the local market. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the growth and success of our company.

What you'll be doing

Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and other prospecting activities

Schedule and conduct sales meetings and presentations to potential clients

Negotiate and close sales contracts while maintaining strong relationships with clients

Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress using our CRM system

Continuously learn about our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients

What we're looking for

1-3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the technology or B2B services industry

Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients

Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Proactive and self-motivated with a keen interest in understanding our clients' needs

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Proficiency in using CRM and other sales-related software
