You'll be selling multi-million rupiah elevator solutions for commercial, residential, and industrial projects across Indonesia.

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU'RE UP FOR IT):
• Hunt for new business opportunities in construction, property, and developer markets
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers (contractors, architects, project owners)
• Present product solutions tailored to project needs and close high-value deals
• Handle pricing inquiries and provide technical insights (don't worry, we'll train you!)
• Maintain relationships with existing clients for long-term success
• Report project pipeline, progress, and sales activity regularly
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Business-related fields
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Mandarin is a strong advantage)
• 1-3 years of experience in project sales or B2B technical sales is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• A hunter's mindset: target-oriented, persistent, and performance-driven
• Able to read and adapt quickly in dynamic, high-stakes environments
