OpportunityWe are looking for a Sales Executive (Horeca) to join our growing team and expand our presence in the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) sector. The ideal candidate is a self-driven sales professional with a strong network in Jabodetabek, able to develop new business and build lasting customer relationships.
Location: Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi)
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new HORECA customers in Jabodetabek.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hotel, restaurant, and café decision-makers.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored product/solution recommendations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market mapping to identify new opportunities in designated areas.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports and pipeline updates to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, operations) to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience handling HORECA customers in Jabodetabek
• Background can be from F&B manufacturing/distribution, kitchen equipment/utensils, internet/technology providers, or related industries.
• Proven ability to open new accounts and grow business in a competitive market.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented with a hunter mindset.
• Possess a valid SIM A or SIM C (driving license) and willingness to travel across assigned territories.
• Ownership of a personal car or motorbike is an advantage.
