About the role
As a Sales Executive at APP Purinusa Ekapersada - Purwakarta Mill , you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with key clients in the West Java region. This full-time position is based in Cibatu, Purwakarta and requires an ambitious and customer-focused individual who can thrive in a dynamic sales environment.
What you'll be doing
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your territory
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
Collaborate closely with the wider sales team to share best practices and support each other
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
Provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports to management
Hunted Type Sales - Have passionlooking new customer and aggressively search new potential Customer
End to End Business Oriented - trace order process from PPIC to delivery to customer base on requirement ,
What we're looking for
Proven track record of success in a sales role min 2 Years In Packaging , FMCG , Automotive Industry with minimum education S-1 ( Srata 1 )
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to overcome objections
Analytical mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
A team player with the drive to contribute to the overall success of the sales function.
