Job Title : Sales Engineering
Location : Kalideres, Jakarta Barat

Our company, PT Anugerah Mekanika Sukses Abadi specializes in precision part manufacturing and the development of special-purpose vehicles for both general and military applications. We are currently looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our team.
Job Description:
1/ Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial and defense sectors.
2/ Understand technical specifications of precision parts and custom vehicles, and translate these into customer solutions.
3/ Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.
4/ Visit customers to understand their application needs and build strong relationships.
5/ Liaise with internal engineering and production teams to align proposals with manufacturing capabilities.
6/ Negotiate contracts and close deals with a solution-oriented approach.
7/ Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
8/ Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings
9/ Maintain an accurate CRM database and regular sales reporting
Qualification:
1/ Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
2/ Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales of technical or industrial products (preferably in precision manufacturing or vehicle integration).
3/ Experience dealing with military or government procurement is a strong advantage.
4/ Strong understanding of manufacturing processes: CNC machining, fabrication, and assembly.
5/ Detail-oriented, disciplined, and committed to task completion.
6/ Communicative, consistent, and honest in both individual and team settings.
7/ Basic understanding of automotive or vehicle integration systems is a plus.
8/ Have a valid driving license, min. A/C.
