About the role
As a Sales Engineer at PT Exact Global Teknologi, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our technology solutions. This contract position is based in Jakarta Timur, Jakarta Raya, and will involve providing pre-sales and post-sales support to our valued clients in the Geospatial industry.
What you'll be doing
Engaging with prospective clients to understand their technology needs and requirements
Demonstrating our products and services, highlighting their features and benefits
Providing technical support and guidance to clients throughout the sales process
Collaborating with the sales team to develop tailored solutions that meet client objectives
Assisting with the implementation and ongoing support of our technology solutions
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights to clients
What we're looking for
Relevant experience as a Sales Engineer in Geospatial/Geodetic Industry with minimum experience 5 years
Strong understanding of Geospatial Technology espesially Robotic Total Station, Robotic Laser Scanner, high-end geospatial Instruments, etc.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve client challenges
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
