Responsibilities:
* Lead and oversee the entire sales function, including multiple Sales Managers across all product lines.
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company growth targets and revenue objectives.
* Report directly to the CEO, providing regular updates on performance, pipeline status, and business opportunities.
* Translate company goals into actionable sales strategies and measurable KPIs.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and marketing, to ensure go-to-market alignment.
* Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to the sales team.
* Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitive landscapes to identify business growth opportunities.
* Prepare executive-level sales reports, forecasts, and strategic proposals.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
* Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in senior sales leadership (Director, GM, or Senior Manager level).
* Strong expertise in strategic and analytical thinking, revenue forecasting, and business modeling.
* Proven track record in managing multi-product sales teams with measurable results.
* Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and executive-level reporting skills.
* Highly self-driven, results-oriented, and adaptable under pressure with strong initiative and ownership.
* Critical thinker and confident decision-maker, able to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
* Strong ability to inspire, align, and lead cross-functional teams.
* Industry experience in ISP, System Integrator (SI), or B2B digital platforms is highly preferred.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
