Administrative Support
1. Data Entry: Accurately enter sales data, customer information, and orders into CRM systems or other software.
2. Sales Reporting: Generate sales reports, including sales performance, customer activity, and market trends.
3. Calendar Management: Manage sales calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and follow-ups.
Sales Support
1. Lead Qualification: Qualify leads, ensuring they meet sales criteria, and assign them to sales representatives.
2. Product Information: Provide product information, features, and benefits to customers and sales representatives.
3. Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including preparing sales documents, proposals, contracts, and quotations
Customer Support
1. Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries, resolving issues and providing support via phone, email, or chat.
2. Order Management: Manage customer orders, including processing, tracking, delivery, billing and resolving issues.
3. Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
Sales Process Improvement
1. Sales Process Analysis: Analyze sales processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
2. Sales Tool Management: Manage sales tools, including CRM systems, sales software, and other technologies.
Other Responsibilities
1. Sales Forecasting: Assist with sales forecasting, providing data and insights to inform sales projections.
2. Do coordination with the Operation (Warehouse) team to monitor stock levels and ensure product availability for orders
3. Demonstrate the capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals
