About the role

We are looking for a driven and accomplished Sales and Account Manager to join our growing team at PT ATTA INDONESIA GRUP'. This is a full-time role based in Central Jakarta Jakarta. As Sales and Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our key client relationships, driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities

  2. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our client base

  3. Conducting market research to understand customer needs and industry trends

  4. Preparing and presenting sales proposals and pitches to prospective clients

  5. Providing excellent customer service and resolving any client issues or concerns

  6. Collaborating cross-functionally with other teams to ensure successful delivery of client projects

  7. Tracking and reporting on sales performance and pipeline

  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and safety standards

  9. Participate in the development and execution of the company's business plan

  10. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

  11. Provide mentorship and training to junior team members to support their professional development

  12. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of success in a sales or account management role, ideally within the Sales industry and and driving operational excellence

  2. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels

  3. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to overcome objections and close deals

  4. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills

  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets

  6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with clients and team members

  7. Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance

  8. Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  9. Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred
