About the role
Veranda Hotels & Residences is seeking an experienced Sales Admin & A/R Supervisor to join our team in West Jakarta, Jakarta. This full-time contract role will be responsible for managing the sales administration and accounts receivable functions for our growing hospitality business. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, with excellent organisational and communication skills.
What you'll be doing
Overseeing the sales administration team, including process optimisation, training, and performance management
Managing the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and reporting
Providing administrative support to the sales team, such as preparing sales proposals and contracts
Maintaining accurate sales records and customer data in our CRM system
Generating sales and financial reports for management
Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales administration or accounts receivable supervisory role, preferably within the hospitality industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
Proficient in using CRM and accounting software, with excellent MS Office skills
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
Relevant tertiary qualification in business, finance, or a related field
