Responsibilities:

You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

• Deliver and track safety, quality and other EHS trainings for new and existing employees, schedule monthly safety meetings and prepare presentation and run period reports.• Handle all safety clerical and administrative support including: maintaining files, preparing and distributing reports, organizing the flow of information.• Assist in the conduct of safety audits to identify workplace hazards and unsafe equipment, working practices, or working conditions.• Assist to investigate accidents, complete or verify accident reports, and liaise with specialists and health and safety authorities to identify the causes of accidents and prevent their recurrence.• Recommend changes to working conditions to ensure all employees have a safe and healthy working environment and the organization complies with all regulations and laws, and internal safety policies and standards.• Maintain and analyze records of workplace injuries, illness, and absences to identify areas of concern.• Assist in the education and training of the organization's workforce on health and safety to ensure they understand and comply with the health and safety policies and standards.• Provide first aid if required.
