Role Summary:
The Russian Speakers Customer Service role focuses on delivering exceptional support to Russian-speaking property owners, B2B partners, and guests. This includes managing onboarding, providing dedicated account management, and resolving guest escalations promptly. The role serves as the main point of contact for Russian-speaking clients, ensuring clear communication, coordinating with internal teams, and continuously improving service quality to build strong, long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the onboarding process for Russian-speaking property owners, ensuring a smooth and effective integration.
- Provide ongoing account management for Russian-speaking property owners, being their primary point of contact for all inquiries and concerns.
- Oversee account management for Russian-speaking B2B partners, fostering strong business relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
- Act as the escalation point for issues raised by Russian-speaking guests, promptly addressing and resolving problems to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates to Russian-speaking owners and partners regarding performance, key metrics, and potential challenges.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate resolution of client requests and concerns.
- Address feedback from Russian-speaking clients, identifying opportunities for service improvements.

Qualifications:
