Talent Acquisition Lead at PT IDStar Cipta Teknologi

We are looking for a talented RPA Developer with 2 years of experience in developing automation solutions using UiPath and Automation Anywhere. If you’re passionate about improving business processes through automation and want to be part of a forward-thinking company, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA bots using UiPath and Automation Anywhere to automate repetitive business processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and assess process automation feasibility.
• Develop and maintain automation workflows, scripts, and bots aligned with business requirements.
• Test, debug, and optimize RPA bots to ensure efficient and effective operation.
• Monitor and maintain RPA bots in production, addressing issues as they arise.
• Document processes, code, and automation procedures to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
• Ensure RPA solutions are scalable, reusable, and adhere to company standards.
• Provide ongoing support for deployed RPA bots, including troubleshooting, updates, and enhancements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in RPA development using UiPath and Automation Anywhere.
• Strong programming skills in C#, VB.NET, or Python.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL Server, Oracle) and web services (REST, SOAP).
• Experience with RPA orchestrators such as UiPath Orchestrator or Automation Anywhere Control Room.
• RPA certifications such as UiPath Certified RPA Developer or Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional are preferred.
