Job Purpose: Responsible for ensuring that the company's agenda in the form of projects can run well, on time, through hard skills and soft skills

Responsibilities:

1. Carry out machine installation/commissioning properly and on time.
2. Analyze and solve issues and take appropriate initiative, especially when involving PLC.
3. Conduct machine trials and collect process data for evaluation.
4. Conduct analysis/problem solving of an issue and take appropriate initiative when dealing with PLC-related matters
5. Create daily work reports and communicate project progress transparently, accurately, and effectively.
6. Coordinate work effectively with related departments.
7. Maintain good working relationships with both internal company teams and external parties/vendors.
8. Implement the company's 5R (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke) and occupational safety programs (K3).
9. Maintain the confidentiality of agreements

Requirements:

1. Diploma Degree (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) - Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
2. Fresh graduate or 1 year of work experience in FMCG production.
3. Has knowledge/experience related to machines/industrial technology.
4. Has strong hard and soft skills, including drawing/design (AutoCAD/SketchUp/SolidWorks), electrical knowledge, and PLC programming (computer).
5. Able to work under pressure, eager to learn, analytical, and has good problem-solving skills.
6. Flexible to work in the office or in the field when required.
7. Good communication skills, diligent, creative, honest, meticulous, disciplined, and responsible.
8. Willing to work overtime or on holidays if needed.
9. Able to work in a team or individually as per project requirements.
10. Non-shift working hours:Monday-Friday: 08:00 - 16:00Saturday: 08:00 - 13:00
11. Proficient in English.
12. Willing to be placed in Cakung or travel to other Plants when required.
13. Willing to take part in the Recruitment and Work Placement process in Cakung, East Jakarta.
