Key Responsibilities :

  1. Design integrated internal control systems and assurance processes that reflect the fast-paced nature of FMCG operations.
  2. Periodically review, update, and enhance internal policies to keep pace with rapid business changes and emerging regulatory requirements.
  3. Lead and coordinate compliance audit—covering financial, operational, and compliance dimensions—to assess process effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
  4. Conduct regular risk assessments, preparing risk mapping analyses that flag opportunities for process refinement and operational excellence.
  5. Monitor evolving industry standards and regulatory changes across multiple regions, ensuring timely updates within internal procedures.
  6. Serve as a primary liaison during external audits or regulatory examinations, ensuring transparent and accurate disclosures.
  7. Partner with key stakeholders—including Legal, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain—to integrate assurance principles into day-to-day operations.
  8. Develop and lead training programs to foster a culture of continuous improvement and a proactive approach to risk management within the organization.
  9. Utilize data analytics and modern assurance tools to monitor control effectiveness, track key performance indicators, and drive corrective action.
  10. Prepare and present comprehensive assurance reports, highlighting findings, risk trends, and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements :

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required
  2. 5-7 years of experience in internal auditing, risk management, or assurance roles, preferably within a fast-paced FMCG, retail, or consumer goods environment
  3. Professional certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP), or similar credentials are highly desirable
  4. Experience with ERP System, Control Framework, Assurance Framework, & Risk Management
  5. Results-driven, with the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
  6. Highly collaborative with excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  7. Proactive in identifying and implementing innovative solutions to complex challenges.
