Are you passionate about travel, good with numbers, and equipped with a serious eye for detail? We’re looking for a proactive Revenue & Inventory Analyst to join the TruTravels team in Bali. In this role, you’ll support the optimisation of our pricing, analyse sales trends, and help maximize profitability across our epic trips. You’ll assist with data analysis, track competitor pricing, and use your passion for improvement to help us work smarter, not harder. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves travel, is comfortable on spreadsheets, has an interest in AI, and wants to grow their career in revenue management within a fast-paced, values-driven company.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the Revenue Management team with day-to-day data tracking, tasks, and administration.
  • Assist with analyzing booking trends, sales pacing, and capacity management across all tours.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to ensure our trips remain highly competitive.
  • Help maintain accurate pricing structures, promotional discounts, and internal revenue databases.
  • Utilize spreadsheets and explore AI tools to streamline revenue reporting and daily processes.
  • Support the team with yield management tasks to help maximize profitability on every departure.
  • Prepare clear, basic revenue reports, comparisons, and summaries for senior management.
  • Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on promotions and pricing strategies.
  • Continuously review our internal processes and suggest ways we can improve our revenue strategies.

Requirements:

  • Interest or early experience in Revenue Management, Finance, Data Analysis, or a related field (experience preferred but not essential).
  • Good with numbers and highly analytical.
  • Exceptional eye for detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Highly comfortable on spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) with a keen interest in AI and how it can drive efficiency.
  • Proactive mindset—someone who has good initiative and a willingness to learn.
  • A true passion for improvement, always looking for ways to optimize existing workflows.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable sharing data insights with internal teams.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
