Job Title: Revenue Associate Manager

Job-Type: Full-time

Reports To: Pricing Manager

Location: Bali

What you'll be doing:

• Responsible for revenue management and online distribution for assigned properties in Bali.
• Manage both online and offline distribution channels, with a strong focus on targeting overseas markets.
• Develop short-term and long-term pricing strategies based on demand patterns, seasonality, events, competitive landscape, and target market.
• Design and implement campaigns and promotions to boost property visibility across channels.
• Maximize long-term stay opportunities by identifying the right channels for distribution.
• Adjust daily pricing to optimize occupancy and revenue.
• Track, monitor, and analyze performance data, and proactively take action to improve results.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations and consistent performance.
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to internal stakeholders.

What makes you a great fit:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in revenue management, distribution, or related roles within the hospitality industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Strong understanding of the Bali hospitality market, demography and customer behavior.
• Experience managing OTA channels and offline distribution.
• Familiarity with pricing tools, channel managers, and market analysis.
• Strong understanding of seasonality, demand patterns, and competitive benchmarking.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in English and Indonesian.
• Proactive, detail oriented, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work cross functionally.
