About the role
We are looking to hire a commendable Restaurannt Manager to join the team at PT LAROCHELLE INDO LBP.
As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving financial performance. This is a full-time role based in Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Raya.
What you'll be doing
Manage the restaurant's operations, including budgeting, staffing, inventory, and quality control
Lead and motivate a team of front-of-house and kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support
Implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations
Monitor and analyse sales, costs, and other key performance indicators to optimise the restaurant's financial performance
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns
Liaise with suppliers and vendors to maintain a high-quality inventory and efficient operations
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar restaurant management role, preferably in Wester food and the hospitality and tourism industry
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and motivate a high-performing team
Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in budgeting, financial management, and data analysis
Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience
