• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service, high-quality food and beverages, and a memorable guest experience.

• Lead and support all front-of-house and back-of-house teams, including service, kitchen, and barista teams, to maintain a cohesive and motivated working environment.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Jakarta outlet, ensuring clear and effective communication between the local restaurant team and regional management teams in Singapore and Hong Kong. This includes relaying updates, addressing operational concerns, and aligning local execution with overall brand standards.

• Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) including labor costs, inventory, sales targets, and customer satisfaction scores.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local licensing requirements.

• Coordinate staff scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training to maintain high standards of performance and service delivery.

• Foster a positive and professional work culture that reflects Elephant Grounds' brand values.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (mandatory for communication with regional teams) and Bahasa Indonesia (to lead and manage local staff effectively).

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing premium café or restaurant operations.

• Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach.

• Proven ability to drive performance, manage costs, and resolve operational challenges.

• Passionate about delivering great customer service and maintaining high operational standards.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and adaptability.
