About the role
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic hospitality team at PT Deus Ex Machina Indonesia in Bali. As our Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our well-established restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving profitability. What you'll be doing
Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, budgeting, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, increase revenue, and improve operational efficiency
Foster a positive and productive work environment, providing leadership, training, and support to the restaurant team
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and legal regulations
Collaborate with the culinary team to create and execute innovative menu offerings
Analyse sales and financial data to make informed decisions and drive business growth
Represent the restaurant and company at local industry events and networking opportunities
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a high-volume, fine-dining or upscale casual dining environment
Proven track record of driving sales, improving profitability, and enhancing customer satisfaction
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team
Strong financial acumen and the ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions
Proficient in inventory management, cost control, and budgeting
Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Fluency in English and Indonesian languages
