• Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our vibrant team at Diwali Ubud Resto, Bali. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations and marketing. This is a full-time position that will see you playing a crucial role in driving the success of our business.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting

• Ensure exceptional customer service and a positive dining experience for all customers

• Oversee the preparation and presentation of high-quality food and beverages

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of passionate café staff

• Maintain strict adherence to health, safety and hygiene standards

• Organizing the team and workshifts

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities and increase brand awareness

• Manage a team of sales and marketing professionals to effectively promote the restaurant's offerings and secure new customers

• Identify and cultivate relationships with key industry influencers, partners and stakeholders to expand the company's reach

• Analyse market trends, customer data and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making

• Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling marketing content across various channels

• Monitor and report on the performance of sales and marketing initiatives, making adjustments as needed

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration between sales, marketing, operations and other departments

Objective:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a restaurant management role

• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability

• Excellent people management and leadership skills

• Hands-on experience with food and beverage operations

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

• Fluency in English and Indonesian

• Proven track record of success in a sales marketing management role, ideally within the hospitality or F&B industry

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills to liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive data-driven decision making

• Innovative and creative mindset to devise and implement impactful marketing campaigns

• Tertiary qualification in marketing, business or a related field

• Preferably stay in Ubud Area

• Will be working in Pejeng - Ubud Area
