Job Responsibilities:

1. Overall responsible for the daily operation and management of the bar, including front desk services, kitchen/bars production, customer complaint handling, safety guarantees, etc., to ensure efficient and orderly operation.
2. Develop and implement marketing plans and event strategies to increase the number of customers visiting the store and enhance customer loyalty, thereby achieving the revenue targets.
3. The management team (including waiters, bartenders, security personnel, etc.), which involves recruitment, training, and performance evaluation, aims to build a dynamic and highly efficient team.
4. Control costs and inventory, optimize the procurement process, and ensure maximum profit.

Job Requirements:

1. 3 years or more of experience as a manager or supervisor in bars, nightclubs or high-end restaurants, familiar with the entire process of bar operations. Candidates with successful revenue-generating cases will be given priority.
2. Possess excellent team management skills, communication and coordination abilities, be capable of handling emergencies, and have strong resilience to pressure.
3. Have a deep understanding of the wine culture and night-time marketing strategies, possess creative planning skills, and be able to accurately perceive market trends.
