Kualifikasi pekerjaan:Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused, and tech-savvy Reservation Officer to manage and optimize all guest bookings for The Mesa Bali. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for reservation inquiries, ensuring a seamless and efficient booking process from initial contact to guest arrival. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and proficiency in various online platforms crucial to our operations and reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
Reservation Management:
Process and manage all table and VIP bookings across various channels, including phone, email, walk-ins, and online reservation systems.
Utilize SleekFlow for efficient communication with guests, managing inquiries, confirmations, and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date reservation records, ensuring proper allocation of tables and adherence to seating capacities.
Proactively manage waitlists and last-minute changes, optimizing table turnover and guest flow.
Collaborate closely with the door host, floor staff, and management to ensure smooth guest arrivals and seating arrangements.
Online Platform Management & Reputation:
Actively monitor and respond to guest reviews and inquiries on platforms such as Google Reviews and TripAdvisor, maintaining a positive online reputation.
Identify trends in feedback and report insights to management for continuous improvement.
Manage and update our presence on ticketing and event platforms like Megatix, ensuring accurate event listings, ticket availability, and promotional details.
Utilize other relevant online travel agencies (OTAs) and booking platforms as required, ensuring accurate information and availability.
Customer Service & Communication:
Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive booking experience.
Communicate clearly and concisely with guests regarding booking policies, dress codes, minimum spends, and special requests.
Handle sensitive guest information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams to facilitate seamless operations.
Administrative & Reporting:
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports, analyzing booking trends and occupancy rates.
Assist in developing and implementing reservation policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Proven experience (1-2 years) in a reservations, front office, or customer service role, preferably within the hospitality, nightclub, or F&B industry.
Demonstrated proficiency in using SleekFlow or similar CRM/communication tools.
Experience managing and responding to online reviews on platforms like Google Reviews and TripAdvisor.
Familiarity with online ticketing and event platforms such as Megatix is highly desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by the nightclub's operating hours.
