Responsible for leading the development of innovative culinary products / menu and solutions that align with the company's strategic goals.
Lead the creation and development of new menu / products from concept to commercialization.
Create and manage the budget related to research of product activities.
Develop and test recipes, ensuring they meet the company's quality and cost standards.
Conduct sensory evaluations and consumer testing to refine products.
Stay updated on culinary trends, new ingredients, and technological advancements.
Integrate innovative ideas and practices into product development processes.
Work closely with marketing, sales, operation and production teams to ensure product feasibility and alignment with market needs.
Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to source new ingredients and technologies.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality, efficiency, and scalability.
Troubleshoot production issues and develop solutions to maintain product consistency.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in culinary R&D, product development in supervisory role.
Strong culinary skills with a deep understanding of food science and ingredient functionality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and culinary software applications.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Leadership and team management skills.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
