Chef RnD & Menu Developer
We are looking for a talented Chef to join our team!Our new restaurant will showcase innovative fusion cuisine, and we need a Chef who can develop creative and high-quality menus.
Responsibilities :
• Develop unique and appealing fusion food concepts and menus.• Conduct research and development of recipes, including testing until production-ready.• Collaborate with the team to ensure the taste, texture, and presentation meet high standards.• Source the best ingredients to align with the restaurant concept.• Oversee preparation and presentation during testing and menu launch phases.• Perform food costing to ensure efficiency and profitability for each menu item.
Qualifications :
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the culinary field, especially in menu development.• In-depth knowledge of fusion cuisine and current food trends.• Proven ability to perform accurate and efficient food costing.• Creative thinking and ability to work independently.• Managerial skills are a plus.• Willingness to work mobile (flexible locations).
