REQUIREMENT :

1. Education minimum : Diploma
2. 1-2 years working on consumer goods
3. Experience of working in excel data report (Vlook up, Hlook up, Pivotable,etc)
4. Have knowledge in using looker studio
5. Experience of working in administrative support role, providing high quality and timely work
6. Have basic database knowledge
7. Willingness to work long hours

JOB DESC :

1. Responsible in providing data sampling to Report Manager
2. To set up all submitted reports to become a standard prior to date line.
3. To create an attractive Data report for the clients.
4. To contact all Person in Charge (PIC) area to provide all kinds of data and issues.
5. To select pictures and photographs to be inserted into the reports.
6. Responsible for the filling of all Sampling reports, pictures and documents.
7. To monitor and provide reports of all changes of route list in weekly basis.
8. To compile all data into the form of formats and design based on client reports.
9. Constantly in contact with the field force in handling reporting issues.
10. To build connections of information between the field crew and the head office.
11. To exchange information of comparison between stock of products and selling with clients through Stock Control Department.
12. To assure the validations of data and report prior to approval from PIC Area
13. To provide Final report for the clients.
