As the face of our investment strategy, you will:

• Identify and research high-potential investors—HNWIs, VCs, institutional investors, and family offices.

• Build and maintain a strong, qualified pipeline of investment partners.

• Represent the company at high-level industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

• Cultivate trusted, long-term relationships with new and existing investors.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries and relationship management.

• Develop tailored engagement strategies to suit different investor profiles.

• Design and execute innovative fundraising strategies aligned with market trends and company growth targets.

• Collaborate directly with the executive team to define fundraising goals and KPIs.

• Craft compelling investor proposals, decks, and pitch materials.

• Clearly communicate the value proposition and growth potential of investment opportunities.

• Lead investor negotiations and successfully close deals.

• Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends and competitive opportunities.

• Deliver regular fundraising reports with actionable insights and metrics.

• Ensure full legal and regulatory compliance in all investor agreements and transactions.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of investor communications and contracts.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 8 years' experience in fundraising, investor relations, or business development—ideally within the financial or investment sector.

• A strong, established network of investors (Indonesia or global).

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding fundraising targets.

• Strong analytical thinking and storytelling abilities to turn data into compelling pitches.

• Self-motivated, strategic, and results-driven.

• Knowledge of the Indonesian investment and regulatory landscape is a big plus.

• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
