PT Dias Naga Alpha is looking for an individual with the following skills and knowledge to assist us. We are a multifaceted organization that specializes in next generation computing, cybersecurity and other tomorrow technologies. We are looking to expand our team of sales personnel to help us grow faster.

We need a dedicated Regional Sales Representative to support this growth. We are working to expand on a regional and national basis. We would like you to help us decide on how we connect with possible new customers and grow our customer base going forward. As we release new products regularly as well as do custom services your opportunities are limitless for repeat sales to your customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company to identify and engage new customers to expand our client base

  • Promote new products and custom services for repeat sales opportunities

  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable services

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers

  • Negotiate and respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively

  • Collaborate with company internal team to improve overall company sales performance

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of both company and client information

Requirements:

  • Customer Management Experience

  • Historical Customer Base

  • Understanding of Indonesian Corporate Structure

  • Proficient in English and Indonesian communication: written, oral and web/public presentation (Applicants are required to submit their CV in English)

  • Able to communicate well with new people and people from higher positions

  • Self-confident, sociable, trustworthy, and eager to grow

  • Understanding of the Internet and Cyber Resiliency Experience

  • Computer Applications Skills

  • Ready to learn new knowledge either reading or verbal

  • Critical Thinking -- is the intellectually disciplined process of actively and skillfully conceptualizing, applying, analyzing, synthesizing, and/or evaluating information gathered from, or generated by, observation, experience, reflection, reasoning, or communication, as a guide to belief and action.
