Job Description:

Kokuo Reflexology is looking for a creative and dynamic individual to join as a Regional Marketing Executive. You will be responsible for designing and executing marketing strategies at the branch level to attract new customers, enhance customer loyalty, and support the achievement of branch sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement local marketing strategies in line with head office directives.• Create promotional programs and establish local partnerships to boost customer visits.• Produce and promote engaging marketing content (offline and online) aligned with the brand identity.• Conduct market research and analyze competitors in the surrounding area.• Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, business partners, and customers.• Support events, promotional launches, and other brand awareness activities.• Prepare regular marketing activity reports and evaluate campaign effectiveness.• Collaborate and coordinate with branch operations, head office, and related departments to support branch development.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.• Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing.• Creative, communicative, and highly proactive.• Able to work independently as well as within a team.• Willing to work with targets and flexible working hours.• Having an established network within the local community is an advantage.• Familiar with basic design tools such as Canva or CapCut.
