Opportunity
Siloam Hospitals Group (Tbk), a leading healthcare provider in Indonesia, is currently seeking a Referral Executive to join our team in Jakarta. As a Referral Executive, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong partnerships with referral sources, ensuring a steady flow of patients to our modern, patient-centered hospitals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and establish relationships with potential referral partners such as doctors, clinics, insurance providers, and other key stakeholders in the Jakarta area.
Maintain strong, ongoing communication with existing referral partners to ensure efficient patient coordination.
Develop and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to expand outreach and drive referral growth.
Monitor market trends, analyze referral data, and provide insights to improve services and referral processes.
Collaborate closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure an excellent patient experience.
Achieve and exceed referral targets with a focus on sustainable growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or relationship management within the healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, referral processes, and key stakeholders in the sector.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities.
Results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Dedicated, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and in a team.
Familiarity with CRM systems and relevant analytics tools is a plus.
