Kozystay is a fast-growing middle to high-end property management start-up specializing in short-term rental accommodation. We are looking for motivated individuals with high potential to join our team and grow together with the company.
We are currently hiring a Receptionist who will be dedicated to supporting daily operations at one of Kozystay’s managed apartment property in Surabaya. This role will act as the first point of contact for guests and help ensure a smooth, comfortable, and professional guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally.
- Support the Property Manager in daily concierge and receptionist duties.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and operational teams regarding linen, supplies, cleaning, and apartment readiness.
- Monitor guest needs and ensure timely follow-up on operational matters.
- Complete assigned tasks and meet deadlines as required.
- Provide excellent customer service in line with Kozystay’s standards.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year of working experience, preferably in hospitality, front office, customer service, or property operations.
- Passionate about hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Well-organized, responsible, and able to follow operational procedures.
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
