Job Description: We are seeking a friendly and organized Hotel Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in making a great first impression and ensuring our guests feel welcomed from the moment they step into our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
• Answer phone calls and handle guest inquiries.
• Process reservations made by phone, online, or in person.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of guest room bookings.
• Compute all guest billings, accurately post charges to guest rooms and house accounts.
• Receive and process payments from guests.
• Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and other amenities.
• Assist in handling and resolving guest issues and complaints.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in using computer systems and software such as Microsoft Office and hotel booking systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
