Role Summary:

We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front‑office experience. This role involves managing incoming calls, performing general administrative and clerical tasks, and providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and employees in a polite and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Schedule and manage appointments and calendars.
  • Handle data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Provide customer service and assist staff with administrative requests.
  • Perform general clerical duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to handle front‑desk duties including greeting, answering calls, and appointment scheduling, data entry and document management.
  • Excellent filing, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Multitasking and time management.
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
