QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Fresh graduates are welcome; minimum 1 year of experience in front office, customer service, or hospitality is preferred (experience in the wellness industry is an advantage).
  2. Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, spoken and written.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
  4. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle administrative tasks accurately.
  5. Ability to assist clients, answer inquiries, and respond to emails and phone calls in a professional manner. Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email correspondence).
  6. Flexible, adaptable, and able to maintain a positive attitude with a genuine interest in wellness and healing.
