About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our development team in Lombok. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, budgets, and financial reporting, while collaborating closely with architects, engineers, project managers, and contractors. This is a full-time position requiring relocation to Kuta, Lombok.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and manage project cost estimates, bills of quantities, and budgets.

• Monitor and control project costs throughout the design and construction phases.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and contractors to ensure financial efficiency.

• Assess and evaluate contractor and supplier bids, negotiate contracts, and prepare cost reports.

• Track variations, claims, and project financial performance.

• Provide timely financial reporting and forecasting to project management.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, contract requirements, and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction or development projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.

• Strong knowledge of cost estimating, contract management, and construction procurement.

• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Excel, CostX, SAP, or similar).

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

• Willingness to relocate to Lombok, Indonesia.
