Asia Pacific Rayon (APR) melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi Quality Control Technician di Riau yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor Asia Pacific Rayon (APR). Perusahaan Tersebut sedang mencari calon tenaga kerja yang siap diterjunkan ke setiap divisi bagian perusahaan yang sesuai dengan posisi, kemampuan dan keahlian para pencari kerja tersebut. About the Role

In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities

• Develop the ability to meet production targets for all sections (Ring Frame, Open End, and MVS)
• Inform and report any quality deviations or machine breakdowns in the respective area
• Adhere to the SOPs of the respective sections
• Prepare daily, monthly and annual reports on Yarn Quality and Productivity using Ms. Office (PowerPoint, Excel, & Word)
• Receive instructions and information from the outgoing shift at the start of the shift and communicate them to the incoming shift at the end of the shift
• Ensure compliance with all company rules to maintain discipline in the workplace
• Highlight any quality deviations or machine breakdowns in the respective area

Qualifications

• Diploma in Textile Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in textile production, particularly with Ring Frame, Open End, and MVS machines, is a plus.
• Experience in meeting production targets and managing quality control in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to operate and maintain Ring Frame, Open End, and MVS machines.
• Able to identify and report quality deviations or machine breakdowns promptly.
• Knowledge of and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each machine section.
• Ensure compliance with company rules to maintain discipline and a safe working environment.
• Adhere to all SOPs and safety standards in the workplace.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management skills.
• Basic English skills (verbal and written) are an advantage but not mandatory.
