The role

Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, this Quality Assurance (QA) Staff role at PT Imfarmind Farmasi Industri' offers an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing pharmaceutical manufacturer in Kabupaten Pasuruan, East Java. As a QA Staff, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and compliance of pharmaceutical products produced at the facility.

Key responsibilities

1. Applying latest GMP/ CPOB standard

2. Strong analysis of Quality risk assessment.

3. Implement Gap analysis and CAPA.

4. Make report of Product Quality Review.

5. Implement Quality Management System.

6. Implement Change Management.

7. Mastering English ( active and passive )

8. Able to operate MS Office.

9. Perform thorough inspections of production processes and equipment to identify and address any quality issues

10. Collaborate with production teams to investigate and resolve quality-related problems

11. Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols

12. Support the continuous improvement of the company's quality management system

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry

2. Thorough understanding of quality control principles, methods, and regulations

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address quality issues

4. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records

5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

6. Degree in Pharmacy

7. Honest, able to work in a team and under pressure

8. Adaptive to changes
