Hello everyone,

I'm looking for Quality Assurance staff (mid-level, 1 position || PKWT-based & Fully WFO) who are passionate about a Fintech Company.

What we are looking for from you:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 2-5 years of QA experience, preferably in the fintech, banking, or payment processing industry.

• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Experience in testing RESTful APIs, payment flows, transaction lifecycles, and settlement processes.

• Proficiency in SQL and scripting for data validation and backend testing.

• Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter, Cypress).

• Knowledge of security and compliance standards in financial services is a plus.

• Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

We appreciate your best efforts to do these things:

• Design, develop, and execute test cases (manual) for payment systems, APIs, merchant portals, and backend services.

• Conduct regression, integration, performance, and security testing on systems handling financial transactions.

• Validate new features, patches, and bug fixes to ensure proper functionality and prevent production issues.

• Participate in product design and requirement reviews to ensure testability and high-quality outcomes.

• Report and track bugs and defects using issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).

• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure prompt resolution.

• Contribute to building and maintaining automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter).

• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, ISO 27001).

• Document test plans, test cases, test scripts, and quality metrics.
