Job Role :

1. Reviewing the implementation and quality efficiency, and inspection system to go according to plan, carry out and monitor the testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure the quality of the finished product

2. Investigate customer complaints and problems of non-compliance, also ensure proper corrective action has been taken to prevent their recurrence.

3. Documenting internal audits and other quality assurance activities  

4. Controlling document all departments, ensure the version is update  

5. Check and make report for insect killer

6. Create & issued COA for customer

7. Analyze data to indentify areas for improvement in the quality system  

8. Design sample procedures and instructions for recording and reporting quanlity data

9.  To collect, analyse and prepare quality reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.

Qualification:

a. Bachelors degree major chemistry or chemical engineering, Diploma in accordance with the field of assignment

b. Have good computer skills including Microsoft Office and database

c. Can speak English oral and written

d. Have ISO certification

e. Have six sigma certification is an added value

Experienced in quality inspection, auditing and testing experience

Experienced with the implementation of corrective action programs

Experienced specifically in industrial products
