We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced end-to-end QA Automation Tester to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the champion of quality for our suite of applications. You will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive testing strategy, from manual validation to building and maintaining a robust automated testing suite using Playwright. Your work will be crucial in ensuring our users have a seamless and reliable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Test Strategy & Design: Design, create, and maintain comprehensive end-to-end test plans, test cases, and test scenarios to ensure full coverage of our web platform's functionality.
• Automation: Develop, execute, and maintain reliable and scalable automated test scripts using the Playwright framework.
• Execution & Reporting: Execute manual and automated tests to identify, document, and track software defects through to resolution using our bug-tracking system (e.g., Jira).
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and designers to understand user stories, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Quality Advocacy: Actively participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and release cycles to advocate for quality and provide feedback on usability and performance.
• Analysis: Analyze test results, generate reports on test coverage and quality metrics, and communicate findings to the team and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in automated QA testing with a strong focus on end-to-end testing for web applications.
• Hands-on experience writing automated tests using Playwright.
• Proficiency in a scripting language, preferably TypeScript or JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, software development lifecycles (SDLC), and best practices.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Good communication skills and able to converse in English.
