Job Responsibilities
Procurement process learning: Assist in developing procurement plans, sourcing suppliers, price comparison and negotiation, contract signing, and order tracking throughout the entire process.
Data analysis support: Collect and organize procurement data (costs, delivery times, inventory, etc.), assisting in optimizing procurement strategies.
Supplier management: Participate in supplier evaluation and performance review, maintaining supplier records and cooperation history.
Cross-department collaboration: Coordinate with production and warehousing departments to address material delivery issues.
Market research: Monitor fluctuations in raw material prices and supply chain trends within the industry, providing analytical reports.
Job Requirements
Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher, with priority given to majors such as supply chain management, logistics management, international trade, business administration, and economics.
Business Acumen: Sensitive to data, with cost awareness and market analysis capabilities.
Communication and Negotiation Skills: Clear verbal expression, capable of independently liaising with suppliers.
Stress Management: Adaptable to fast-paced work and able to handle unexpected issues flexibly.
Fluent in English/Indonesian, and knowledge of basic Chinese is a must.
Key Skills
Familiar with using Chinese or English (handling English contracts or emails).
Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP functions, etc.) and ERP systems (such as SAP/Oracle, a plus).
Understanding of international trade terms (such as INCOTERMS) and basic contract law.
