Job Title: Property Transition Intern

Job-Type: Internship

Reports To: Property Transition Manager

Location: Jakarta

What you'll be doing:

• Assist the Property Transition Manager to coordinate the onboarding process for new properties joining our coliving network.
• Help maintain and update the property database.
• Learn and assist in drafting and organizing operational guidelines, checklists, and SOPs that align with company standards.
• Assist in scheduled inspections and audits to ensure compliance with operational standards, health, and safety regulations.
• Support to address any operational issues or discrepancies promptly
• Support in monitoring, gathering, and organizing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and support improvement initiatives.
• Assist in preparing handover materials that outline key property information, contacts, and operational workflows.
• Collaborate with other team members (property manager/associate) to help ensure smooth communication during property transitions.

What makes you a great fit:

• Bachelor's degree in any major (Hospitality, Administration or Engineering is preferable)
• Fresh graduates who are highly organized and have excellent communication skills are welcome to apply
• Experienced in operations management within the real estate, hospitality, or property management industry will be preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
