Job SummaryThe Property Sales Executive is responsible for driving property sales at Menara Sun Life by building strong client relationships, promoting available units, and ensuring a seamless sales process. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and market knowledge to meet sales targets and contribute to the building's occupancy growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesActively promote and market available office and retail units within Menara Sun Life.
Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential tenants and clients.
Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
Collaborate with the marketing and tenant relations teams to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
Maintain an updated database of prospects, leads, and client interactions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and agreements in line with company policies.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure tenant satisfaction and retention.
Monitor property market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to optimize sales opportunities.
Report regularly to management on sales performance and market insights.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in property/real estate sales, leasing, or business development.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Customer-focused with the ability to build long-term relationships.
Proactive, target-driven, and result-oriented.
Familiarity with commercial property (offices, retail spaces) is an advantage.
Will be located in Menara Sun Life, Mega Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan.
