About the role
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Property Operations Administration Staff to join our dynamic team at PT Mulia Hastu Gemilang. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our property operations, ensuring the efficient and smooth running of our business.
What you'll be doing
Providing administrative assistance to the property operations team, including data entry, document management, and general office duties
Handling customer inquiries and coordinating with relevant departments to resolve any issues
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date property records and documentation
Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations as required
Coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and site visits
Supporting the implementation of new processes and procedures to streamline operations
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the real estate or property industry
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently
Minimun Bachelor Degree from Accounting, Economic, Finance Management. Knowledge about Tax is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with adopting new software and technologies
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy in your work
A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
