Key Responsibilities
Conduct face-to-face appointments with potential clients to present the Tiara Hana co-ownership concept in a clear, confident, and compelling manner.
Identify client needs and preferences to tailor presentations and offer the most suitable property investment options.
Build trust and rapport with high-net-worth individuals and investor profiles to secure new sales.
Develop and implement your own sales strategy to reach and exceed individual targets.
Take initiative in generating leads, following up, and closing deals without relying solely on company-generated prospects.
Track and analyze personal sales performance and adjust tactics for improvement.
Clearly articulate Tiara Hana's co-ownership investment model, differentiating it from traditional property sales.
Guide prospects through both the emotional (lifestyle, legacy) and rational (investment potential, structure) elements of the offering.
Work closely with the Sales Support, Marketing, and Customer Care teams to ensure smooth post-sale transition and service.
Maintain accurate sales records and client details in CRM systems.
Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated with offerings and market trends.
Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and brand alignment in every interaction.
Qualifications and Requirements
Age Range: 28 - 45 years old (preferred), with strong emotional intelligence and a mature communication style.
Proven experience in high-value sales, such as property, finance, investments, luxury goods, or insurance.
Track record of exceeding sales targets and operating independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent face-to-face selling and consultative closing skills.
Ability to clearly explain abstract concepts (such as investment structures or co-ownership models).
Smart, fast learner and adaptable — comfortable in a startup-paced, performance-driven culture.
Results-oriented and motivated by commissions and performance bonuses.
Strong organizational skills and discipline to manage your own leads and strategy.
Proficient in using CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
Professional appearance and excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
