We are looking for a proactive Property & Community Relations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential properties, primarily serving expatriate tenants in Pekanbaru. The ideal candidate has a strong background in property management, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering top-tier resident support and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Property Management Maintenance & Repairs:
Oversee routine and emergency maintenance of properties.
Coordinate repairs and upkeep with contractors or in-house maintenance staff.
Conduct routine inspections of properties to ensure that they are in good condition.
Address any maintenance issues that arise during inspections.
2. Community Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing any concerns or complaints.
Ensure timely communication regarding property updates, maintenance schedules, or issues.
Support residents with local services (e.g. hospitals, schools, banks, and government offices)
Resolve disputes, and ensure residents satisfaction.
3. Vendor & Contractor Management:
Communicate with vendors and external parties regarding facility maintenance.
Monitor the performance of external service providers and vendors to ensure their compliance with contractual agreements
4. Reporting & Administration:
Maintain detailed records of all facility-related activities, including work orders, inspections, and cost-tracking
Coordinate with various divisions to ensure smooth operational processes.
Skills & Qualifications:
Must be currently living in Pekanbaru, Riau and good knowledge of the city
Must have strong English communication skills, verbal & written
Skills in Microsoft Office
8+ years' experience in property management, facilities management, hospitality/Hotel, or a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with tenants, service providers, and internal stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service
