Menara Sun Life is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Project Manager to oversee and manage tenant fit-out projects while also contributing to the broader operational excellence of the building. This role requires a strong background in project execution, a deep understanding of building operations, and a strategic mindset to support marketing efforts—especially in accelerating the occupancy of fully furnished units.

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate all tenant fit-out projects from planning to completion.

• Ensure fit-out works comply with building standards, safety regulations, and timeline commitments.

• Liaise with tenants, vendors, contractors, and consultants to maintain smooth project execution.

• Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical advice as needed.

• Collaborate closely with the Building Manager to understand and support day-to-day building operations.

• Monitor facility performance and ensure that all building systems (MEP, HVAC, etc.) are running efficiently.

• Suggest improvements for building operation procedures and help implement upgrades when necessary.

• Work with the Marketing & Leasing Team to accelerate the marketing of fully furnished and ready-to-occupy units.

• Provide technical insights to enhance the value of available units (e.g., design layout, furnishing standards).

• Assist in strategizing unit positioning, visual mock-up, and showcasing for potential tenants.

• Support tenant engagement initiatives to promote occupancy and satisfaction.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

• Strong understanding of building systems, structure, and MEP coordination.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to multitask, lead cross-functional teams, and drive results under tight deadlines.

• Familiar with AutoCAD, project scheduling tools, and reporting.
